Who this policy covers
This policy applies to lumitada.com, the LumiTada SHOPLINE store at us.lumitada.com, order and support communications, and the personalized video service. LumiTada is responsible for the personalization information described here. SHOPLINE and payment providers also process checkout information under their own privacy terms.

Adults and children’s information
The service is offered to adults purchasing for a child and is not intended for children to use on their own. The purchaser confirms that they are the child’s parent, legal guardian, or another adult authorized to provide the child’s details and photo for the order. We do not knowingly ask a child to submit information directly. If you believe a child submitted information without appropriate adult authorization, contact us.

Information we collect
We may collect purchaser name, email, order number, support messages, selected product, price and payment status. Full card numbers are handled by the checkout and payment providers and are not provided to LumiTada. Personalization information may include a child’s first name, age, celebration date, pronunciation, language, personal message and photo. We may also collect a subscription email and consent record, and limited technical information such as browser, device, IP address, referring page and interactions.

How we use information
We use information to create, review, deliver and support the order; process checkout and prevent fraud; maintain required records; communicate about an order; operate and secure the service; and send marketing only where the recipient has subscribed or applicable law otherwise permits it.

Children’s photos and personalization details
A child’s photo and personalization details are used for order production, quality review, delivery and related support. We do not sell this content, use it to build an advertising profile about the child, or publish the finished video or photo without separate permission from an authorized adult. Access is limited to people and service providers who need it to fulfil or support the order.

Service providers and disclosures
We may share only the information reasonably needed with providers that host the websites and files, power SHOPLINE checkout, process payments, deliver email, help produce orders, provide analytics or prevent fraud. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

Retention, security and international processing
We keep personalization files only as long as reasonably necessary to produce and deliver the order, handle support or disputes, protect the service and meet legal obligations. Transaction and tax records may be retained longer. An authorized adult may request deletion of a child’s photo or personalization content, subject to limited legal or security exceptions. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. Providers may process information in other countries.

Your choices and rights
Depending on location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of personal information, object to certain processing, or withdraw marketing consent. We may verify the requester and their authority before acting on a request involving a child’s information.
