Agreement and eligibility
By using LumiTada or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Digital Delivery Policy and Refund & Correction Policy. You must be an adult able to enter into a purchase contract in your location. The service is designed for adults buying for children, not for children to order independently.

Orders and payment
An order is submitted when checkout is completed. Payment and checkout data are processed through SHOPLINE and the selected payment provider. We may decline, pause or cancel an order for suspected fraud, an unavailable product, technical error, prohibited content, unclear personalization details, or another reasonable operational or legal reason. If we cancel a paid order without delivering the service, we will provide an appropriate refund.

Customer-supplied details and authorization
You are responsible for checking the spelling, age, date, message, pronunciation and contact information submitted. You represent that you have the right and authority to provide every uploaded photo, recording, message and other item, including authority from the child’s parent or legal guardian where applicable.

You grant LumiTada and involved service providers limited, non-exclusive permission to store, edit and use submitted material only as needed to create, review, deliver and support the order. We will not use a child’s photo or finished video in public marketing without separate permission from an authorized adult.

Prohibited submissions and use
Do not submit unlawful, abusive, deceptive, sexually explicit, dangerous or rights-infringing material. Do not upload a photo or personal information without the necessary authorization. Do not interfere with the websites, bypass security, scrape private areas, introduce malware or use the service for fraud. Delivered videos are for personal, non-commercial household viewing unless LumiTada agrees otherwise in writing. They may not be resold, used in paid advertising or presented as an official third-party production.

Product expectations
Product images and descriptions illustrate the style of the offered video. The finished file will vary because it uses customer-supplied details and may require reasonable adjustments to cropping, timing, typography or audio. Display colors and playback can vary by device.

Delivery, corrections and refunds
Digital delivery timing is governed by the Digital Delivery Policy. Cancellations, corrections and refunds are governed by the Refund & Correction Policy. Please review both before ordering a time-sensitive birthday gift.

Brand and intellectual-property notice
LumiTada, its logo, website design and original service materials belong to LumiTada or its licensors. Third-party character names, artwork, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, LumiTada is an independent personalized-video service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by a third-party studio, brand or rights holder. A disclaimer does not grant permission to use another party’s rights. Rights-holder concerns should be sent to hello@lumitada.com.

Third-party services
The service may rely on or link to third-party platforms, including SHOPLINE and payment providers. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. LumiTada remains the seller of the personalized video unless checkout clearly states otherwise.

Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an as-available basis and we do not promise uninterrupted access or compatibility with every device. LumiTada is not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. Aggregate liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order, except where applicable law does not allow such a limitation. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Changes and contact
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and date. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Questions may be sent to hello@lumitada.com.
